Great spicy chicken sandwich on the menu, but can’t give a positive review when you put for product you never receive. Had a simple order of two chicken sandwich combos and 2 single sandwiches. Was asked at the counter to confirm two combos, and two additional singles. Get to our destination, we were down a sandwich. Checked receipt, pod for 4 and received 3. At the end of the day it’s $5. Ideal world it’s a fair exchange for business and customer. Instead, wakes in, paid up front, and wakes out chumped on product. I get it this happens, and it’s not intentional. Anytime it happens though, I’m never going to leave in a positive light a business that prints a receipt with a promise of deliver then falls short after payment.2 stars because bad on me for not checking, that being said $5 also didn’t get me a Popeyes name tag while I confirm the contents of my bag.
The staff is polite and efficient so my compliments to all of them! Love their chicken.
Wonderful restaurant great service and always keeping it crispy! If they do manage to get your order wrong easily fixed no problem, though if on drive thru.. make sure you check the meal AND the condiments are in the bag.
Popeyes is decent food. The employees that work here are absolutely horrible. They treat customers with indifference and don't care about customer service. That would be fine with me if they didn't always get my orders wrong. Im a simple woman with simple taste. I ask for a chicken sandwich i know what i should get. Yet somehow i get chicken stripes with no bun or pickles in sight. I just can't with this location anymore. The worker need to get paid more or something. They ridiculous with their, "the order is right Ma'am!" As if I'm some karen. Im just trying to get what i paid for. So this location is crazy go to Saviers instead maybe you'll have a better time.
Always some issue with picking up my order or my order being wrong. Today I went to go pick up my order. After giving her my name she said it wasn't ready. As it's just sitting right behind her my name clearly displayed. She was was a tad rude.
I got my food with was horrible. Beans and rice. No beans . Macaroni was burnt with very little. I wasn't satisfied at all. I turned to take it back . The lights were out and they closed
Food is always good at Popeyes, can't complain since there are no Church's in Oxnard :DWell... the only complaint would be the wait time, there is always a wait at the drive thru even though you place the order via app. It is so bad that they had to put cones to reroute the drive thru line. Forget about going there if there are any promo, the line spills out to the street. Next time I should probably opt for pickup from store than go through the drive thru.
Waitin 45 mins in drive through, ordered a family tenders meal, when I went to pay all they had was honey mustard- I hate honey mustard- really no other sauces!!!!! They gave me no honey for biscuits either!!! So frustrating!!!!!
I love Popeyes chicken but you need to lower the price of your food. It's good but not excellent
I like Popeyes my only problem is the drive thru they should upgrade it the lady kept saying she can't hear me and that's frustrating.
