My beef and broccoli was burnt and the rice had the burnt flavor! This is by far the worst broccoli and beef I have ever had! I travel and eat any many different places and this was the worst! Would not recommend this to anyone! This don’t even deserve one star and it’s so expensive not worth the 80.00$ was a waste of money
Food was poorly prepared.Refused to provide to go box so I could feed my dogs with it.
Pick Up Stix needs to pick it up again. Because as of several months ago, the food was amazing and super tasty and a solid fast Chinese franchise. The last few times? Um… Well their staff is nice, I guess. But their food is all jacked up. The flavors are weird and different. The soda and teas are over-sweetened. I left feeling highly unsatisfied. Given the labor issues and supply chain stuff, is it safe to say that Pick Up Stix has fallen to tough times? Yeah, I’m willing to pick up again in 6 months if they can get it together. So hope your manager and/or owner reads this and does something about it. I would give 2 and half stars. But I’ll be a little generous with my 3. Pick up Fix!
OMG!! Salmon?????? What salmon?? Paper is thicker than what they gave me...also, dry and not fit to eat. I have pictures to remind me and my family to NEVER go there again...as far as I can tell I paid you $60 dollars of my hard earned money and you gave me trash!!
The worst food I've ever tasted the noodles are dry and stuck together the "orange chicken" is nasty nothing but fried flour with sauce and once in a while you might get a nice chewy piece of fat worst place
Horrible experience. Placed an order online days in advance and the delivery was running late. Called to check on it and they said “we were busy so we turned the online order system off”. Manager was unhelpful. No solution offered. Terrible service.

I would give them -3 stars if I could. In 40+ years of interactions with hundreds, if not thousands of commercial eating establishments- this place was the WORST value for the money I have ever experienced. We paid for around $70 of food which we would have gotten for $30-$40 in any other restaurant of the same caliber. They gave roughly 6-9 oz portions of Chinese food for $10-$13. Biggest RIPOFF I’ve ever seen ?
