Been a while since I've visited Panera and missed the bagels, they smelled so good especially after toasted and with a heaping pile of cream cheese just pure bliss! Opted for text messaging to let me know when order is ready for pickup, this works great if you're not in a hurry! Tue's baker's dozen for the win!...Original review: Improvement can be made toward the rapid pickup service - most of the times, my order is not ready and it's usually a cookie or something that doesn't require any preparation.
Food is very delicious, my order has been made incorrectly once , the manager did apologize and offered to give me a refund. I think people who are use to eating dairy don’t realize other people are not them and May have food allergies or restrictions to their diet. I wasn’t upset, I just didn’t want to deal with the internal consequences dairy causes to my body.Their system seems a bit disorganized, there’s no greeting, I believe they may be understaffed. Simple way to fix is attentiveness and practicing better listening skills.Perhaps the treatment coming from management to their other levels of the team is not the best I’m not sure, but it seems like some of the employees don’t like being here, I could be wrong. Whatever’s going on I do love Panera bread. People make mistakes and I’m not going to be as people call these days a “Karen” for expecting accuracy.Thank you for doing your job.
Conveniently located in the Collection, right off the highway. Service is ok. There’s a good variety of options. Food is average. But if you’re looking for something relatively healthy and different to eat, particularly sandwiches and soups this is a good option. Mediterranean bowl was decent. Chipotle avocado sandwich was pretty good.
I like the salad and sandwiches combo you can get. The chicken in the salads aseemed questionable but over all I enjoyed the meal. I got a tuna sandwich and it was alright: good lunch options- update I had given this place 4 stars but now 2 due to getting undercooked chicken yesterday??♀️
Bad experience at this location. 1st they had very few item on the menu available due to a catering event. Poor planning! 2nd after being told “we are out of that” a dozen times they entered our order wrong and had to go back to the counter to correct them. >$30 for 1 1/2 sandwiches and 1/2 salad? To add, the restrooms were out of paper towels and 1/2 in service. They should use a few dollars of their excessive profit hire talent and maintain their facilities.
The food comes out good, and they’re honestly not bad overall. My gripe is the mobile orders. No, you didn’t finish my mobile order 30 seconds after I submitted it, stop doing that. My stuff is never on the pickup shelf, often even 15 minutes after ordering, so I try to be reasonable and assume that the staff is busy and hasn’t finished. Nope, it just sits there behind their counter because they don’t feel like putting it out.Small update: my sandwich was cold and the bacon was charcoal. Nasty.
Never answers their phone. Cancels order off of door dash constistantly without calling or giving any reason. (Note: not even ordering the same thing so saying you're ut is a likely not the case)
Bought a coffee but when i got to the coffee station they were all out, after waiting a few minutes I asked one of the staff and they said new coffee was already being made. I asked how long and was told 3 minutes, but I'm still sitting here waiting on coffee nearly 10 minutes later
Very bad service! They took 45 min to give us 2 broccoli and cheese bowls and 1 kid grilled cheese sandwich… when I went to ask about our food our food had been sitting on the counter for about 15 min. When they finally brought out our food they forgot to give us our bagel and that took another 6 min to bring out! Never again will I come in to this location!
Waited 25 mins for this steak n cheddar sandwich and it was horrible
