A relatively small restaurant with few tables for eating. Not a place where you would want to invite a large crowd. Very clean. The food is relatively inexpensive and tasty. The restaurant accepts online orders -- and they are prompt in filling orders. So if you would like your food hot, be sure you show up before the projected pickup time.
On Sunday night, January 9, this location served me burned food, it was smelling so bad that I could not eat it. It was too crowded and took 15 minutes to get to counter and I could not eat the food. Either the rice or the chow main was burned and rather producing a new batch, they served it and shoveled it down the throat of the customer. If it was not a pandemic time, I would return the box but I decided to threw it in the trash and left quietly, hungry and disgusted.
Terrible service. I called in my order to be ready at 745Pm, as i work graveyard shift. I arrived at just after 745 pm, and they had yet to start my order. AND BECAUSE OF THIS, I did not get to have what I ordered, what I always order from any Panda Express. I had pre ordered, so I would not have to wait. WELL, I had to wait, AND as I said, NOT get what I ordered. I could have waited LONGER... to get my dish of choice!!! OMG!!! This particular location is always less than stellar. It was convenient since i was working in Oxnard that night, but NEVER AGAIN.
This place is nasty.I ordered 6 regular plates for pick up , and once I got home all the plates came with chunks of burnt rice. I also called 2 times and no answer . Idk if they do this on purpose or what but I will not be ordering food from this place ever again! This happened from 5-6.
My favorite spot to go get panda! Always fresh here.
I ordered for pick up, and unfortunately they forgot to add my two extra side orders, and my chicken egg roll.My rice was also super black burnt that I threw it out.Ruined my whole lunch break!
I’ve very satisfied with my visit today (: When I came in today right away a young lady named Brianna helped me out and was very polite and respectful. I had a rough morning and honestly it’s employees like her that brighten up a customers day! You never know what somebody is going through, so being nice can really impact their day. I will be going back in again forsure?
It was very fresh. Go at the beginning of lunch and dinner.

Went kinda late in in Oxnard and had very minimal selection. I have gone many times at the same time in Ventura and they would make what you wanted. Bad business Oxnard. Not happy at all!
