Food was cold when brought to table, most dishes over cooked and dried out. Server was horrible, had to ask 3 to 4 times for simple things, napkins, refills etc. The place was not busy, but we were there 45 mins before our entrees were served. We use to enjoy going to Olive Gardens, but will try other Italian restaurants instead, as this is the 3rd time in a row that we have had horrible experiences with them. When your bill is $150.00 for 4 persons, you expect at least good food.
Excellent & diverse menu selection of the finest Italian cuisine! Martin & Sinatra, two great Italian American favorites playing softly in the background while engaging in lively conversation with friends or family!!
Always try to make a reservation ahead of times or you'll be waiting 15-30 minutes depending on the day. Staff has always been lovely, going above and beyond to be personable to guests. Unlimited soup or salad is a great way to my heart.
Food is not authentic! All the dishes we order had no flavor and it felt like everything was frozen. The serve didn't even wrote our meals down and they messed up on my dish. I order a shrimp scampi and was brought chicken scampi. The worst service ever. He wasn't attentive especially the lady that brought us our food. She just put cheese all over our food and decided for us how much cheese to put. The restrooms were thrashed and it looks like they haven't cleaned it for days. The greeters were not greeters. Two young girls with attitude. They told us to wait for 15min when I saw plenty of tables open. Sure enough that's where we were seated. They made us wait for no reason. One family showed up and was seated right away because they knew the greeters. Don't go here!!! Its the worst!!! I've been to many olive garden restaurants and this one has been the worst.
This location needs a serious overhaul!!! Bathrooms were the worst bathroom I've ever seen and I've been to over 15 Olive Gardens across the U.S. Looked like a bathroom you'd find at a bar in downtown L.A.The carpet is peeling up throughout the dining area. Many sections are missing trim on the floor. Drywall was exposed throughout. It's a shame. And this Olive Garden is the most expensive I've seen you can't tell me they can't fix this place up.At $20 a plate I'd expect much more.Only reason I'm giving a 2 star is that the waitress was excellent abd the food tastes the same like everywhere else.
No wait on a Sunday evening!!! Bigger parties were waiting but it was just my daughter and I, and they were able to seat us almost immediately. Hostess was engaging and complimentary. Food was basic Olive Garden. Nothing spectacular, but satisfied my pasta craving. Service was fair, but it started to get busy, so it was understandable to a degree.
Olive Garden is reliable. It's never bad. The service was good considering they are still working minimum staff. They had us wait for an hour before they opened up the back section. That doesn't make much sense overall, but it was good once we got our food.I'm pretty certain the servers try to avoid the tables between getting salad and the meal. I get it to a certain extent, but while OG expensive, it's not cheap either. You sold me bottomless salad and I'm staring at the bottom.
The staff was helpful, no waiting to be seated, plenty of lunch options at good prices . I enjoyed my favorite unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks for $9.99!
Very busy day after Christmas and this restaurant did a great job keeping up with the pace. Great waiter who was very attentive but not overly. Didn't give 5 stars because I've always felt Olive Garden is a little too pricey.
I first want to start addressing that talking to the Manager Erick, is the only redeeming quality of this location Olive Garden.I ordered my food online via the website, and checked in online 5 minutes after the designated pick up time to give the employees time without needing to rush, as it was a Saturday and they were busy.50 minutes later, I was still waiting on my food and the website said my food was picked up already. I went inside and asked for a refund and to speak to the manager. Erick tried to give me my food and refund me my money. I refused the food and said to donate it to someone who may need it. Erick was receptive to the situation and we talked for a bit. I understand the holidays, Covid, and a weekend causes stress and adverse working conditions and Erick is a positive force there that cares about his teammates and the quality of food going out.If you're going to go, don't go on a weekend or just visit another location.
