Went in last minute to get cupcakes for a bday, they were more than happy to do some last minute decorations. Wonderful experience, even better cupcakes.
I bought a variety of fun flavors this morning including Carmel Apple, Lemon Raspberry, and Reese Peanut Butter. The frosting is to die for! Hope to see Missy's Cupcake Creations bring their food stand back to Bellevue in the future!
I've been coming to this bakery since they're one of the few that sells vegan donuts. The service was great for once, but I'm very disappointed with the quality of donuts. The vegan donuts I've had in the past from Missy's were stale, but never lacked flavor. These donuts tased of pure yeast and were not fluffy like a donut they were dense. I don't mind paying more for a vegan donut, but I can't believe I had to pay for these.

Best vegan donuts of my LIFE. Indistinguishable from traditional dairy donuts, if not better. Cupcakes are amazing too, grab yourself one of each if you're lucky :)
Loved all the different flavors of cupcakes and appreciated matching the colors of frosting to my theme. Cannot say enough about the amazing flavors of every macrons!! Just wow. They were the stars.

The woman we dealt with seemed less than thrilled we were there and bothered by questions. It's fine, I guess she wanted to get out of there, even though we were there at 5pm and it says they close 5:30pm, she closed directly after. Unfortunately, I picked a vegan apple fritter and it seemed the same as every other fritter I've ever had. My partner chose a chocolate bar and said it tasted of old grease. I splurged on a birthday cupcake and wish I hadn't. I'd rather support small businesses who care about their guests. Won't be back.
I've tried this shop multiple times, and so has my man. Every time it's been meh, there are better options out there. Never get a welcome, I ask a question (since there are no placards) and get practically rolled eyes/attitude. We went the other day and had to force down the apple fritter and lemon jelly filled, totally stale. Got a cupcake like once and it was ok, nothing to rave about, maybe for vegans it's a good options n or maybe better than the original flavors?
