We stopped at this McDonald’s to grab a quick Mc flurry. They were actually quite busy around 930p and had a line wrapping around the building. I will say that they handled the line quickly and that we did not have to wait very long to order or receive our ice cream. The one disappointment was that the mc flurry was not mixed at all all the toppings were just placed on the top of the ice cream and nothing went into the middle. They were busy and handled it well but a little bit disappointed with the ice cream.
We ordered 2 iced coffees and donuts using the kiosk. As we were waiting, 2 people ordered their food from the counter and got their hot orders within a minute or two. Then 2 more separate orders were taken, then another, and another and they all got their food while we waited for our order of 2 drinks and donuts. 9 minutes later we finally are served our to go order. We get in the car and my daughter starts to eat the donuts only to find they didn't even give us napkins. We are not going back.
Fries were not hot felt like they were sitting out for a while, spicy crispy sandwich was ok. There's no where to sit to eat cause no one cleaned the tables. I saw one employee been asked to go clean a table...and then the customer asked for the towel to do it himself while the employee kinda stood there asking himself what's going on...? Oxnard needs to learn how to clean after themselves sheeesh.
Service is bad, dining room had debri all over the floor even the tables that had just cleansed signs, if you order from the self serve screen the service is way worse as Cashier explained to me...the owners dont like to honor rewards points and that is why most self serve kiosks dont have there receipt rolls refilled. Is not open late anymore is one of the downsides also! A handful of young adults that work here are really rude. Several occasions apple pies were ordered and was asked if I want them, then told when my order was ready that, "oh sorry we dont have any ready yet, do you still want them?"AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S AT ALL COSTS!!!MANAGEMENT EITHER DOESNT CARE OR HAS NO CLUE!
Wors drive-thru experience, my meals where not ready when I arrived at the window. They made me wait on slot 1 for 15 minutes just to find out my order was misplaced.
Thru the drive thru to get a coffee. Yes. A record for how much I was charged for a coffee. Someone is always the most expensive. With that you'd think you would get a good or atleast passable cup of coffee.Nope. It was nasty. Awful. Throw it out the window on the 101 and vow to never go back there again. As someone is always the most expensive, someone again will be the worst. Only have to wonder if they are the worst in California or the entire planet.I'm sure they must have tried to make it that bad and they should be congratulated on their achievement.Bravo on being the worst.
This is a nice, clean McDonald's. The staff are all friendly and quite helpful. Some McDonald's don't have napkins available except for behind the counter, but this McDonald's is well stocked.
Ordered online for breakfast and when I went to pick it my order the front door was being locked. I asked the woman who was locking it why they were doing it. She ignored me and just walked away had to wait longer just to get my food that I ordered ahead of time. Bad service
After returning home from a long day of travel, we were starving and decided to get McDonald's at 2 am. The line was long and barely moving. After about 30 minutes, it was finally our turn to order. As soon as we got to the ordering speaker we were told there was no food available. That they didn't have anyone to work the grill. With about 5 cars in front of us and 8 cars behind us, we were stuck in the drive-thru for another 30 mins, only to have to drive straight thru without food. We were all starving, tired and frustrated and just decided to go home and go to bed on an empty stomach. Aside from this experience, this particular McDonald's is the WORST I've ever dealt with. The employees are extremely rude here. I would give them a zero star rating, if possible. This last experience was enough for me to never go back there again. I will drive across town to another location in the future.
I've never been a fan of McDonald's, but I was terribly hungry and that was the only drive-thru open I saw. Ordered a "quarter pounder" which had a sliver of rubbery meat, dry tough bread with nothing inside other than a thin spread of ketchup and a sliced pickle, that was $ 6.00 + TX. What a steal such a lousy sandwich should be sold for 99 cents. If not free. I hope never enter one of these ever again!.
