I was going to be nice and give 2 stars. Went in pretty late and a kid in my group had a very undercooked patty. I paid for a McFlurry a soda and two burgers and small fries. Waited longer than usual and went to counter to ask for my food “we don’t have ice cream right now” the teenage girl told me. She gave me a cash refund for McFlurry, cool. THE FRIES. The small fries cost me $3.14 plus tax. I should have taken picture. I got maybe about 15-23 fries in a hash brown wrapper about 3 inches wide AND it wasn’t even full. About $3.50 cents total for roughly 18 fries. People were literally laughing at how miniature those fries were. That was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve had In years. I also had to ask the workers for ketchup water and napkins because none of those items were available from the dining room. I guess it’s cuz there’s a bunch of homeless people in this area.. I grew up down the street from here. I’ll be avoiding all McDonald’s for the foreseeable future now.OH and I almost forgot to mention that they literally kicked me and my friends out while I was eating ! I had to stuff my face as they turned off the lights on me.. smh McDonald’s you’ve lost one other customer.

Coffee machine is down. What's up with these machines? Asked for extra tarter sauce and received none, in fact, there was so little on the sandwich I couldn't even taste it.

Hot fast food, just what i expected and like I ordered. Nice lady was pretty nice and flashed me a sassy smile which are my day (along with some salty fries and a hot filet-o-fish). Another Good and fast visit to Mickey D's.

I don't recommend this mc Donald's .... this is what they gave me for a hash brown .. a soaked soggy hash brown. ??? that's not cool

The McDonald's off of Saviers Rd is possibly the worst one to visit. The wait is always long. The fries are stale and even priced higher than other McDonald's. This last visit we got 5 fish fillets and every single one had rock hard stale buns. It wasn't even edible.

Always check your orders after they are given, it saves you a round trip and a bad moment or argument. Its a busy place all day and workers don't always get the order right. The drive troughs can be a bit confusing and you will occasionally find yourself in a its my turn or your turn to move up the line situation. Its better to go here when its your day off than when your on lunch break or on the move stay safe and drive smart and safe.

This store needs major customer service training. The person who took my order was fine. She didn't rush me and didn't interrupt me. The person who took my payment didn't say hello, didn't verify my order, didn't tell me the amount owed nor did she say thank you. I knew the amount owed because it said so on the ordering screen. The person who handed me the food also didn't great me nor said thank you. I asked for my McFlurry to be mixed properly and they said they don't have a machine that does that. I called the store when I got home and was told yes they have the machine. I asked is it working and she said yes. My fries I asked for no salt and it had salt. Also it's 2/3 full. $3.89 each for fries and McFlurry and it's not done properly. Total disappointment. When I worked at McDonald's In the 2000's we always said hello and thank you. We had the best customer service because we never knew if we would have a mystery shopper stop by.

This place is the worst there is a homeless guys with a hammer hitting stuff and I am scared that if I don't give him a dollar or something like that he will hurt me. The food is good but there rest is not. The workers are not nice. And that tells me that this place is bad.

The person who handed me the food also didn’t great me nor said thank you after I left. I asked for my McFlurry to be mixed properly and they said they don’t have a machine that does that. Is that correct because when I worked at McDonald’s we had a machine that the straw would hook up to and it would mix the McFlurry. My fries I asked for no salt and it had salt. Also it’s 2/3 full. I don’t mind that but no thank you or acknowledgement got me. When I worked at McDonald’s In the 2000’s we always said hello and thank you.
