Waited about 30 min and when i pulled up to the window not one employee came to the window to charge me. After like 5 min. I was was told I needed to pay in cash because register was frozen. Top it off Got my order wrong. Asked for my food to be comped because I was waiting and I could not pay with cash or use my rewards. Once I asked for my food to be comped the register worked and got charged. One of the workers got my bag of food and walked to the back and returned with it. I sm hoping they didn't spit or added anything weird to it. Just saying. Oh yea in the front counter as you can see thru the window. Some employee had his foot on the counter, how disgusting and I'm sure the manager saw. Not sure if the one I mentioned it was the manager but she didn't seem to care. Of course I did not get names but it was after 1030 pm. On Monday June 6. Too bad I couldn't take picture of the foot on counter.
Cashiers and Drive-thru need to be more courteous to customers, a Hi How is ur day, Have a good day . I worked for a fastfas up North and then transfered back home I really enjoyed working there and greeted our customers with a smile regarding whats going around at home or a personal problem.. Customers COMES FIRST.
McDonald's is ok but when customers ask for ketchup please be nice with the customers

Asked for extra ketchup and extra pickle. Pickles all lumped together on one side of the burger. I hate it when I have to stick my fingers in my food to arrange them so I don’t get all the pickles in one bite. Come on guys you can care more than this!!
Quality of service is worst than a street vendor yet I'm paying 3x the prices from some street vendor...Drive thru made me wait in a spot where someone was already parked. had to go inside and get my food because they didn't come out for damn near 15 minutes with my food.

Really bad customer service, they take off things from orders that they don’t even let you know, Until you ask about the items l.
Bad service, orders are nearly always messed up, the staff sits around talking. The only good thing is how fast they serve you, but always serve wrong items or some else’s meal.
