Purchased a half dozen donuts for $7.75. Staff was friendly enough. Once I started eating my chocolate bar, halfway through I encountered a long black hair in my donut, totally grossed me out. I don't have long black hair. Frosting on donuts was somewhat runny and melted. Family refused to eat anymore of the donuts once I found the long black hair. We threw the donuts out. We will not be returning.
Needs to erase 3/4 of his menu. He advertised but doesn't have the stuff to sell. Smh
THE OWNER MOLLY IS A VERY NICE PERSON WHO REALLY APPRECIATES EACH AND EVERYONE OF HER CUSTOMERS. HER CUSTERED FILLED CHOCOLATE BAR, APPLE FRITTERS, CINNAMON ROLLS, CROISSANTS, DONUTS AND MANY OTHER PASTRIES ARE MADE FRESHLY EVERY DAY. I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR YEARS. TRY IT YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED.
I rate master donuts a 1 star. I had a very bad experience today 8/25/2021. I ordered a Thai tea boba . I usually like my tea on the sweeter side I asked if they could make it sweeter and they said no. I asked the manager why? She told me she couldn't tell me why . She said she couldn't make it sweeter because that was the way they served it . I was like not even to try to accommodate a customer or anything like we are paying for this . Why can you make it sweeter she said they could no longer keep making it sweeter as of today. Well that sucks I really liked the Thai tea here never had a issue until today . They always made my tea sweeter .The employees seem really friendly but apparently the manager wasn't so friendly today . It wasn't the money the issue it was the managers attitude I even tipped them and they didn't want to re make my drink . Like clearly if the manager can even give asimple explanation to a customer than what business is she even trying to run. It seems like her employees now better than her. Really embarrassing like I ask a simple question? Like I ordered a drink I payed for it and I think that as customer courtesy I deserve a answer. Her attitude was truly disgusting .
