Welcoming staff! Pablo was especially helpful with our family order. The food was absolutely fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.
Food is good but I was hoping for more. The spam musubi had the thinnest slice of spam. The cashier had no personality and made us feel like we were invading his time. The shop definitely needs some TLC. Looks rundown. But the food was good so that's the only reason I gave it a 4.I hate to admit today's visit may be the last one for this location.
I went here yesterday because I am a big fan of the L&L franchise. When I saw that the inside of the restaurant had been shuttered (basically just an order /pickup window) I had a bad feeling. I ordered a Loco Moco which was “ok” but I had a weird feeling about it. A few hours later I had stomach cramps all night and could not sleep. I feel pretty confident it had something to do with the preparation of the food.By the responses on here, it’s obvious that the owner cares about their business. I want to support again but I suggest you reopen your indoor dining (it has been authorized for over a year now) and hopefully return to the standards that the restaurant had pre-Covid.
We ordered this on Grubhub and they got the order incorrect for starters. The mac salad tasted like it had gone bad and the beef in the Hawaiian Mix was dry. There was no sauce on the meal and there was no extra sauce provided. The white rice was decent, but I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
l&l Hawaiian food was terrible today!! No real flavor on the beef or chicken. Big chunks of onion in the Macaroni salad and $15.99 a plate!!! We won't be going back to Oxnard l&l Hawaiian food for sure!
I had a really bad experience, the cashier was really rude. I had asked for extra sauce and she rolled her eyes. Very disrespectful.
Food was ready fast.. the kids behind the counter was super friendly.

Last minute dinner for me and my family and ordered the BBQ mix platter. Upon opening it the ribs were just bones and fat :(. And very little pieces of beef and small piece of chicken but alot of rice. Tad pricey for what we got.
Worst experience of my life yesterday. I hate giving bad reviews but wow the workers have a bad attitude. I’m a nice a guy and was given a horrible attitude when I told them they got my order wrong. I know what I told them and they completely gave me a long justification story of what they Heard and what I said. I’m like just fix the order and move on.
