My daughter only likes these donuts, so for her birthday we bought them to celebrate. The service isn't as friendly as before and they definitely weren't busy that late in the evening. They also smashed the last donut in the box to make it fit. You also don't get a sample any more (maybe you haven't during Covid) but anyways that was the best part- a fresh donut right off the line.
Terrible service, employees never understand order. Donuts placed in box horrible and just terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible. I will never go back. They opened up twenty minutes late and then didn't even have any original glazed. And only twix minis. I got 2 boxes of minis for my daughter's birthday and it was $32. A dollar per mini donut. Really??
I LOVE LOVE LOVE KRISPIE KREME FRESH DONUTS THEY WILL MELT IN YOUR MOUTH:) Unfortunately i was unable to get one do to this Pandemic causing us to have to go through the drive through everyone wanted a Donut trying to start the year right LOL. My partner is inpatient and well to be honest there was a long line:( But i still give 5 Stars because ive never been dissapointed and will be going for some more whenever i have a chance to be in town.

Just went through the drive-thru at Krispy kremes and I ordered a specialty blended caramel latte and three Donuts nowhere in the beginning of that order was I advised that they were out of blended caramel latte I get to the pay window and paid for my order , i received my drink but it's not what I ordered instead the cashier hands me a iced caramel coffee ! I immediately tell the cashier that's not what I ordered and in the process of me telling her the original employee that took my order over here comes from the back and rolls her eyes at me and tells me that that's what I ordered and that's it basically hinting like all right get out of here and being rude and not wanting to refund me my money honestly Krispy kremes you guys need to hire people that want to do their jobs not kids that just want to paycheck.poor customer service skills
Make sure to check your box before you leave the store, they have got my order wrong the last 2-3 times I’ve gone. It’s partly my fault for not checking but I never have complicated orders so I just assumed they would be correct.
Worst experience. Not only did we wait in line for 20 min just to get to the window to order that they are out of pretty much everything then order the 2 that they had get to the window and they said what did you order are you kidding me ! Not organized at all and no sense of customer service at all if I could give zero stars I would
This place. Eve disappoints fresh Donuts can't go wrong we grabbed half a dozen. And they hit the spot!
