Everybody's orders have been messed up. They're not even busy. Employees do not want to make eye contact or communicate with the guests. First Jimmy John's I have visited that was not freaky fast.
I ordered through door dash and they never confirmed my order to deliver, I called Jimmy Johns and a guy answered saying he "delivered my order" when employees don't deliver especially when you order through door dash. He obviously lied and made me talk to his manager, she said that it was delivered even though a dasher never confirmed my order for delivery. Don't trust them when you order through a third party vendor. I tried to dispute it on the door dash app that my order never got delivered but Jimmy JOhns didn't post as delivered in the app for me to dispute the transaction. I am so disappointed.

Great, friendly service. You can order a bucket of pickles. Not on web menu or postmates menu. But you can call and order. Great value. Less expensive than buying them whole. The best pickle I have ever eaten!

Ordered for delivery and it came within 10 to 15 min. This was my first time trying JJ and it was by far one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Way better than jersey mikes... fight me.

Just go to subway and save yourself some money. 13 bucks for a regular size sandwich with chips and drink with very little meat. Not bad by any means but no reason to pay more when you can get the same quality
