If I could give a - number I would.Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and my chicken is raw and to top it off my fries are cold af!Y'all need to get it together... seriously! Corporate is definitely getting a call!!
This beautiful Thursday afternoon I ordered a #1 combo and a chicken ranch club and 1 value drink on the side. I was told by the young man I will have my total at the wjndow even though I saw it was correct on the screen. When pulling up to the window a lady took my money and gave me both sandwhiches, 2 value drinks and no fries.... this has haopend 3x already here at this location. Everyone's mixed up. No thank you.
It's difficult for me to say no to a Jack in The box Burger because I really think they are the best of all the fast food chains. I love their spicy crispy chicken sandwich also. I used to be able to eat both but not anymore at my age
Need more selections for people who don't eat pork or beef products...
Always friendly and fast drive thru and I never have had a issue with a special request or accommodations with my orders.
They had speedy delivery and the food was excellent as always.
It's 1053 on a Saturday. I'm on the long long drive thru line. Finally get to order the two shakes we came here and waited for. The gentleman tells me they re not doing shakes right now. ?. I understand. But I'm still pretty bummed out.Oh well. ? We'll try to find someplace else that is open and able to. I had no idea there was a shake time cut off.
