This place has changed and not for the good. New owner is rude and charges for everything. 15cents for hot mustard if your meal is to go. Very rude service and treats you like you do not undrrstand how to read a menu. Bad service and bad attitude!!!
Food is excellent this was first time eating here and was so delicious!! Everyone that works there is so nice just an enjoyable atmosphere
My family and I have been going here since I was little. We go for almost every celebratory dinner, and the staff even recognizes my grandmother. Amazing food and service, super friendly staff. They have the best tea I have ever tasted. Anything on the menu is sure to delight, but my favorite is the dumplings and slat pepper shrimp.
I always rave about this place well tonight is the last time I will go here . I ordered to go and the lady did not go over and check the order with me . She has the bag tied up to the point if I want to open it. I would have to rip the bag open . I drive home ( I live in Ventura I make the drive for the egg flour soup alone) I get home my large egg flour soup is not in the bag.im so mad I had to drive all the way back and she just says here you go no sorry no extra anything for my trouble. I ask for the dry crunchy noodles this lady tells me they are 2 something. I flipped out like you messed up my order and I had to drive back from Ventura and expecting me to pay for them for those. I told her next time go over the order with your customer so they don't have to make drives back her response . We do we were just busy . Never will go again next I will go to CHINALAND oh and I left a big tip before I new they forgot my soup .
One place I would go visit every once and a while. The food was actually really good and the service was even better, recommended to those looking for delicious Chinese food.
Worst take out ever.First of all sesame chicken came without rice. In any Chinese restaurants out will find this dish with a side of riceSecond it super dry and impossible to eat. It seems that they reused already cooked chicken.Very disappointed and it’s waste of money
We have been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years. Their food is absolutely delicious! We started with bbq pork. It was sliced thin (just how I like it) We dipped it in their spicy mustard and soy. We also ordered their crispy noodles. It comes with chicken, beef and shrimp and a delicious brown gravy over it all. We ordered an item we hadn't ordered before, the crispy shrimp. It had a sweet and spicy sichuan sauce. Not as crispy as I thought they'd be, but they were still very good as well. We ordered my son the the chow mein lunch special which came with soup. Everything was wonderful as always and the staff is really great! We look forward to coming back soon!
First time eating at this restaurant and unfortunately the experience was not good. Table was sticky, food was cold, way to oily, and flavorless. Save your time and money and just go to Panda Express. The waitress was nice, but when I got the check we noticed we were being charged for three drinks instead of the two that we ordered. When I tried to explain the misunderstanding to another lady, she didn't care, refused to fix the check and was rude about it. In order to avoid an argument over the $4 drink I just decided to pay the check and get out of there.We will not be returning and don't recomend this restaurant.
