A sip of coffee after a tiring walk around downtown. Mocha and latte can’t be missed, cold or hot. Rumours has it that Starbucks closed for the reason that Heritage was not being lenient in its sales. Or is just being seasonal depending on arrival of cruise ship tourists.
just stopped in for a cup of coffee and a matcha tea early in the morning. Both drinks were excellent and the server was very polite. I would recommend this coffee whenever you are in Juneau.

Superb level of service and knowledge from the staff. The drinks that I’ve ordered so far have been the Americano, Drip Coffee, and Espresso. All have been excellent and give you a nostalgic and authentic experience of Oxnard. I usually stop by before exercising for that extra energy push.
We had an 8am pickup and needed a fast place for breakfast. This didn't disappoint. You order at the counter but don't let the line discourage you. It moves fast! We got coffee a muffin and scone, but they do have some egg dishes, too.
Heritage was a lifesaver during my father’s and my weeklong stay in Juneau! Believe it or not, it was the only place we could find decaf drip coffee (the only kind my dad can drink) in all of Juneau. We stopped by several times during our stay and Jojo especially was so sweet and helpful! Exceptional customer service can be hard to come by these days but Jojo really made our coffee stops feel extra enjoyable.
The was just a quick stop for my spouse and me on our way to the Sealaska Heritage gift shop, which is convenient located right across the street. The coffee was good, and staff were pleasant. the cafe offers free wi-fi and, in addition to ample table seating, some very comfortable leather chairs and sofa for a bit of relaxing conversation. We both enjoyed our visit and recommend it without reservation.
