Refund people immediately when they don't get their order.
This review has to do with health issues. Older woman at register, handles food and doesn't change gloves after handling money. Her mask was was so dirty and disgustingly filthy. Not appetizing. They had a very large NON service dog inside licking the tables and countertop and staff said NOTHING. Kids playing and handling/throwing the peanuts. This place needs a good health inspection by the county. To pay $20 for a burger fries and drink? Can you spell In n Out? We left.... never to return.
What can I say? I love 5 guys! This restaurant is as good as all the other locations I've tried. Some of the best burgers around!
My 1st time here and the burger n fries were good , but not for the price. A lil on expensive side, for less you can go to A Burger on Oxnard Blvd and the burger bigger and cheaper.
Usually my experience at 5 Guys is great every time, however, I visited this location yesterday in Oxnard & I was SADLY DISAPPOINTED.
I just found out that you can eat peanuts while you wait for your food for FREE!Food is amazing! The fries are delicious and they really give you extra! My daughter said she would rate their food a 100 out of 10. The staff is very nice and helpful.Food is pricey and maybe that is why people don’t come here as often. I will definitely be back!
Terrible experience.I will never order from Five Guys ever again.Missing items, wrong items, wrong ingredients on burgers.Why can't the cooks give you what you order?Delivered with no way to identify what was what, in greasy paper bags with burgers and grease breaking through the bags.Just a hot greasy mess.The burgers taste okay, average.Five guys is not a good delivery option, they should at least double bag with deliveries.They use cheap thin paper bags that break.Five Guys is more expensive than other better burger restaurants.
not familiar with their dogs or hamburgers but their fries are hands down the very best! I like my fries unsalted and extra crispy. what makes it great is the peanut oil they use and overall quality to craftsmanship in keeping things simple.
The portions are small for the high prices. I understand every place has raised thier prices but I was very disappointed. I ordered the bacon cheese dog and once I got it they forgot the cheese. The fries are extra! The floors need to good degreasing in the dining area as well. I felt my feet slipping with every step. Over all the food didn't taste bad just not worth the prices they was charging.
The food tasted good and was a treat to eat but, the prices were higher than a usual fast food joint. I paid close to $20 for a burger, drink(small), and fries(small) when I could pay closer to 12 for the same amount of items to a similar quality. Would recommend someone to come here to try the burgers and fries but, wouldn't you expect them to come back as often due to prices.
