If you make an order CHECK IT before leaving. I made a two meal order online also ordering churros. The churros had NO SUGAR AND NO CINNAMON. The leg and thigh meal has the smallest over cooked chicken you would ever find. Not happy at all with this location. There is a certain level of food quality expected from El Pollo Loco. It was not there for my order. Just because someone makes an online order doesn't mean you treat the order with a lower quality. I'm expecting an apology and new churros WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR!

Closed when the hours on the front door clearly say they should be open. Called wand was told they would be open in 5 min. Instead an employee came and zip tied all the doors shut in fron or us without even greeting or addressing us. I would say it’s terrible service but we didn’t even get the chance to get served. 0/10 would not recommend

This location has the worst employees. Today 5-15-2022 around 2pm the guy at the drive up window was to busy not doing his job he got my order wrong twice. When I pulled up to the window he asked for the money of $10.76. I asked him to repeat the order and he again had got it wrong. I just left. As I pulled away I heard him laughing. Well buddy I hope you laugh yourself out of a job. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Food is great but if your order is wrong...good luck with that..3 times they failed to correct their mistake or call back with a answer. Last time, they forgot to put the mash potatoes. 2 nd time they placed the chicken in a different container because they ran out of their original ones, by the time the chicken reached its destination ( 10 minutes) the top part of the plastic was shrink wrapped on the chicken. Also, they either don't return your call or don't answer their business phone on numerous occasions.

This locación needs to value more their customers time. They advertirse ítems in a movible sign that they don't have. They said that the two Loco taquito Salad is discontinued at the window. After we wait for about half hour on the drive thru line. Same happened on seasonal ítem "Pozole" they never had it but the movible sign was always post. And the ladies on the window are always kind of rude, like they don't care. ? Please management, it could very nice of you if you remove your sign if you don't have those items or mark them as discontinued.

I just paid $35 for a dried chicken without any salsa from an online order. Won’t be ordering again from this place. Horrible.

Not really the best experience nobody was really in control, order took to long to come out even with two managers working, i ask for salsa and theu said that they were out of it and my order wanst even correct when i fot home....

Food was fresh and delicious; when I ordered they did let me know they were out of breast meat, but since I didn't want to wait, thigh meat was fine. Love their food!

Very bad service lately: long wait, wrong order given and again extremely long wait. And don’t even get an apology for giving the wrong order or the extremely long wait!!! The 1st time I had to wait almost 1 hour, they run out of gravy and missed items, went to pick up my promised replacement had to wait for 40 minutes again!!! I am sad to say that this location is nearby and service has declined badly!!! I also witnessed frustration of other clients trying to place orders one was given wrong change , the other took her almost 15-20 minutes to order her food!!
