After waiting in line 15 minutes in the drive thru, as their dining room wasn't open, I made it to the order board. I ordered my food, but let the cashier know my coupon for a free burrito wasn't working in my app. She said she could take care of it at the window. I got to the window to pay for my burrito and bowl and the coupon wouldn't work. She said it was for Burrito Day and it was over. I pointed out the coupon said it expires tomorrow, April 30; today is April 29. She said she couldn't take it. I asked for a manager. She came and looked at the coupon and said it was only good at certain locations, and they couldn't accept it, but I could try the Camarillo location (17 miles away). I then asked for a District Manager and they went and got another woman (who probably wasn't the DM as she didn't seem to have any authority to override an $8 burrito). She said I had to order it in my app, which I tried to and it wasn't taking it. Meanwhile, the line of cars is backing up, as I was probably at the window trying to resolve this problem for at least 10 minutes. The employees don't seem to be problem solvers. The free burrito was through a promotion on Burrito Day at the beginning of the month. This is the second time El Pollo Loco hasn't honored their promotions that I have earned. I guess I won't be going here any more.

Ordered through the app, have before but not from this location. Order was cancelled a few minutes before it was due to arrive, called restaurant and the person that answered couldn’t have cared less. After this occurred I read some of the reviews for this particular location and I have to say I’ll not make the same mistake twice.

I ordered online for a faster pick up during lunch hour when i arrived the doors are locked with a sign that for all pick up we have to go threw the drive thru lane like wow !!!! Sooo its practicly the same thing i should of just ordered right there and then

Pollo Loco is always good in my opinion. Of course I only get the chicken nachos buy it was good. The service was great the only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that dine in wasn't available. Other then that my experience at Pollo Loco was good

You can NOT go in to order. All.orfers are drive thru. Ask for salsa and you get half or less of the salsa cups they give.

dont waist your money on the NEW shredded beef BIRRIA tacos they charge $9. for 2 tacos with chips and the tacos was thinner than jack in the box 2 for .99 cent tacos the biggest waist of money if you want the sauce so bad just buy the sauce and go get fat taco for under $2.any where else , there commercial on tv is false advertising

so the drive thru is always slow and backed up, good for the owner, but meanwhile I am burning $6 gallon gas. lobby is closed because they are too cheap to clean tables and bathrooms. poor service.

Bad bad real bad experience.. first of all . My wife and i tried the app. Trying to save some time. Wrong. First the app did not give us the 20% off. Second. The order was not ready on time took 40 + minutes. And have to go inside to put pressure on Pollo Loco staff. The young lady was moving not slow. Was super slow. Our order was on table for 5 min. And lady was just moving around pretending doing something except getting my order ready. 02-06.2022 at 3:00 pm. If there is a manager on the store. Need to train better Sunday staff.

always like idea that the family gets everything the chicken and they have churos & ice-cream it's all good, & clean.

Love their food. Was there at 4:30 and there was plenty of staff but slow service and folks in drive thru. Maybe it was just a rough shift.
