Good pizza & freshly made.Only complaint I have is with a with a couple delivery drivers to actually follow instructions to come to the 4th floor & knock on my door. An elevator is available.I myself need to go meet them at the front of the complex or rear entrance.
Do not order in this location online. They will not get your order ready. Employees are not helpful especially the young inexperience manager that works here. I know times are hard right now but please treat your customer right. Giving it 1 star for the cleanliness of the store.
11/20/2021 Pasta delivered and both should be the same , one has all ingredients the other has cheese and sauce only , I called and was told they messed up and they wanted me to wait an hour and a half for redelivery or pick up myself after paying delivery fee. Manager was refusing a full refund customer service on the phone was ridiculous definitely lack proper phone etiquette towards customers. As if it was our mistake. District office should offer retraining to staff.
