food is awesome and delicious

I came to this Chilli's with a group of friends, and we all had a great time. I got the Cajun Shrimp Penne which was tasty, but the portion was huge. You could definitely save some for the next day. My friends got the shrimp tacos and the Santa Fe Salad which both looked so good. Our server was a bit quiet, so I couldn't quite hear him, but he took care of us!

Servers are nice, but service is slow. 20 min to be seated on a Sunday at 4pm when half the restaurant was empty. Food was fast. Had to ask 3 times for boxes and a side of sauce. Had to flag down manager to pay our bill. Food is excellent. Anything that says Cajun is extremely spicy.

Had to change my review from 5 to 1. Pretty frustrated.Hours posted online and at the front door said close at 10:30. Showed up, they were closed. Called to share my frustration, hoping they would make it right since we drove a good distance to be there. Talked to Kyle who said he was the manager. He faked an apology, then started to lecture me on business. Stated they were slow so he had to close.I'm no stranger to operating businesses. One of the top priorities of most successful businesses is to provide a predictable level of service. Inconsistent hours is not predictable. How do they expect to grow their evening business when they're not open for folks. Seems to me like management is getting lazy. I hope the corporate office can fix or replace their management problem before it's too late. We really like this location. I'm worried it won't be around much longer if current local management practices are continued.Kyle also blamed his district director Albert for being closed. So corporate offices might have some issues to address there as well.

We went here for date night and sat in the bar area. The server was not very attentive although our food was pretty good. It was very loud and the tables were extremely packed together especially when one table kept adding chairs to their group making it hard to even pass between the tables. Guacamole was the highlight of the evening.

Well I'm a 41 year old female and my husband and I stopped in here real quick for food and drinks on our route to Maryland and went to the bar for a shot and my husband ordered and then I proceeded to order and for some odd reason the Bartender wanted to card me . So I walked back to the truck to grab my ID . Came back and he was instantly busy too busy to take my order or to look at my ID. I'm a people watcher so I'm very observant. When I say he did everything but come over to me ...it was crazy. finally I nice guy I believe he had to be the manager came over and took my drink order I asked if he wanted to see my ID he smiled and said you are over 21 . I realized instead of being upset I felt sorry for the bartender he looked like he was 60 still running around like a chicken with his head cut off waiting tables .. and making drinks ..at first I thought it was my race but no that old spanish man is miserable that's all. I prayed for him before I left . The manager was awesome by the way !!! He made me feel great !

Great service DeeDee! You really made our night out for our uncles birthday go smoothly! Restaurants need more servers like you girlfriend!

Hubby and I had 2 for $25 dinners. We both had house salad, very good. I had mango Chile chicken. Smallish breast but very tasty. Then we split the cowboy cookie, yum!! Lots of food for the price.

Delicious as always, the one Main bummer is that they will be removing awesome blossom (deep fried onion petals) friendly staff, clean, and attentive in serving.

Very nice and professional staff! Food is always delicious and made fast! A+
