Arrive around 3pm not busy at all. about 3-5 tables were occupied. Had to wait for the host to seat us. We sat in a booth which the seat have no cushion. Seats of the booth are loose and seem ready to fall apart. Would like to see booths repairs and more booths added on. I see people ask for booths rather than a regular seat. Food was good, atmosphere was ok, a little pricey.
We went on a Tuesday around 4pm, so it was dead as expected. The service was average but we were helped right away. There was an employe working on the table next to us. It was flipped over in the middle of the dinning room. I understand upkeep, but this can be done before or after service. It made us feel in his way and threw off the atmosphere for us.The food was sub par at best. I understand we’re at a wild wings, but the sauce seemed just tossed on top and wasn’t evenly coated as it has been in previous locations we’ve been too. Left overall a little disappointed. Nothing was particularly horrible, it was just a combination of little things that made us decide we’ll save our wing craving for other locations.
Sat at the table for nearly 30 minutes before someone even bothered to ask if I had been helped. They passed me multiple times but blames it on a shift change, despite the fact that other people came in behind me and didn't wait like that.
Went there for my son's birthday we had a party of 17 ppl 5 of them being kids and 1 under a year old and it was a busy night but the staff was super fast on putting tables together for us didn't matter if our whole party was there or not. When it came down to order drinks I was a little scared bc I didn't know if it was too much for the young girl that was helping us but she had it under control and same with the food. Nothing went wrong and my son had a good time.
I used to enjoy BWW more than Wingstop, but as the years went by, the quality of the wings trended downhill. Flavor is still there, but size of wings have lowered to the point that I rather make wings at home from scratch.
I came in today for my Birthday Wings and was attended by Manager JOSEPH .. After having Trouble logging in on my BWW App Joseph was so calm and willing to help me out... I work as A Waiter In Restaurant Bizzness and Joseph deserves beyond 5 stars .. Thank you for helping me out Joseph and making my Birthday a Great one ! I will be coming back!
I placed an online order. I ordered a 10 pieced boneless with wedges. instead I got stale, cold fries, incorrect dipping sauces, and lukewarm chicken. They don't seem to care what I have order and just assume everyone orders the same food. Pay attention to the order that people has placed. Instead of hastily pushing out orders. Also the quality of the food down right poor especially the price they charge.
DO NOT ORDER PICK UP. The food is definitely not up to standard.Cold. Stale. Dry.Seems to me like they don’t try to make your pick up orders up to standard.
