This is a great boba spot! There’s a few 15 min parking to easily go in and place your order to go.The boba was fresh and met expectations. The tea is on point!They currently have two milk alternatives: almond and oatmilk.
Glad to see young people working here but it was very dissappointing to see how rude these kids are. Not a customer friendly at all. They were only few customers inside but it took them literally more than 15 mins to make my brown sugar okinawa boba. It's not only that, the young lady left my boba on the counter without saying a word and suddenly walked out. I did like the brown sugar boba when I first came to visit here but 2nd time I visited here, boba tasted flavorless!The manager or the person who owns this place should train these young people to be a customer friendly. Not coming back here at all. Try to stay away from this boba place if they don't know how to be a customer friendly.
This place served one of the best boba drinks I've ever had! I got the pistachio, and it was so good! (Some boba shops have artificial/weird flavored drinks, but this one was very tasty!) ???
I’ve been here more than a handful of times (maybe even two handfuls) and really enjoy their boba and their drinks, but their customer service is really lacking. I’ve worked as a manager in food service and I don’t understand how the process to take an order and to get an order out takes around 20 minutes. I understand during busy times orders can take longer to come out, but when it’s slow, it’s still the same. When you walk in, you wait about 3 minutes for someone to take your order then you wait another 12-15 minutes to actually receive your order. In addition to this, workers at the time did not know how the reward system worked. When we order online, the order is not ready at the expected time.As I mentioned before, the drinks are very good mostly if you don’t want to make a trip out to Los Angeles for boba.
I like it taste good... but omg ??? full of ice got disappointed ... just one sip my drink is gone ooopppsss!!! just ice left mostly half of my cup I mean more than half... they give me more ice than the drink I ordered...I dont know how they measure the ice but 25% looks like 100% .... cant even choice no ice instead ...?????

Not good. The only good thing about this place was the boba it self. The drinks were not worth it.I asked if they use any real fruit it their smoothies, the worker said "no its all powders " ?And when I asked for milk alternatives, she said "it's all non-dairy milk" another ?I'd rather go to BIG STRAW, where I know, and can see, them making the drinks with real fruit and I can get my drinks made with soy/almond/coconut milk.Not going back again.
This boba is so sooo good, I LOVED the drink, and guys… the cups? they’re so adorable. The place was really clean, they attended fast, and the lady who took our order was nice.
Their drinks are way too sweet. If you want to just drink sugar water a great place.
Found out this place thru DoorDash and it's probably going to be our new boba place. The bobas are so darn cute - the boba balls are smaller but packed with flavor! The cups are sturdy and well made, will repurpose it for drinks at home! Place looks brand new (yogurtland sign still up out front) clean and sterile. They have contactless payment which is great. Will be back for more!
