Had lunch here this past week. Haven't been to BJ's for probably 5 years. The service was outstanding! While I get that places are having a hard time hiring help, the help they have here is great. The server and greeter were so polite and attentive. The food was good, but the service was better. Will definitely go again before 5 years passes

I don't know if they're understaffed or not. But service was slow. We were sat pretty quickly, but the waiter didn't seem to have time to ask us how our food was. Nor did they ask if we needed more drinks.Beers were really good (what little we had), but the food was pretty average. Lastly, they didn't accept my gift card. Allegedly, the manager said it didn't work. Despite the card having a card# and pin #. Overall, could have been a better experience if service was up to par.

Veronica was an awesome waiter She knew the menu and answered everything we asked her .

Love BJ’s food. But this location has messed up 2 out of 3 delivery orders since we moved here. Just entire entrees missing. Literally 4 items and we only received 2. Postmates refunds but that doesn’t fix the fact that my wife doesn’t have her dinner… AGAIN. I will never order here again.

February 26th, 2022 at around 10:00 PMIt was only my second time going to BJ's, the food was great. Our waiter, Adrian did an outstanding job, always made sure we were happy and made our experience a bit more pleasant. The reason for the low rating would be the unwelcoming hostesses. We entered and they did not even greet us, pretty much just starred at us, and looked as if they didn't want to be there. We were then seated to our table where again, we did not experience any sort of welcoming gestures. Overall, did not feel welcomed to the location. But, our waiter Adrian surely made up for the unpleasant first encounter.Shoutout to Adrian (:

Normally I enjoy BJ's, however the Oxnard location has consistently been a disappointment. We recently stopped by, hoping the situation had improved Sadly we, once again, experienced terrible service & overcooked food. Our waitress-Joanna G. was inattentive, took a very long time to get our drinks to us and in the hour plus we sat there never came over to ask-how our meal was, would we like another drink, or refill of water. Our burgers were way over done and dry. We finally had to flag down a bus person to get the manager. Dwayne was the only positive I could point to in this experience. He was apologetic kind and brought us newly cooked hamburgers.During this time Joanna never came over to check on us to see what was going on with our order. We will not be going back to this location.

Ordered through Uber Eats a Parmesan crusted chicken and a Peperoni Pizza. We've ordered this numerous times at the restaurant.(Oxnard #423). The order received had no lemon chardonnay sauce which makes the whole dish and the pizza was dry and flavorless. Definitely will not be ordering delivery again and may not even go into the establishment now. It was that disappointing. :@(

The restaurant was very clean and the vaulted sealing entrance makes it feel so grand.

It has been quite awhile since our last visit. We ordered many of the same items as previous visits. The appetizers were not as good as before. Quality was off, as were the portions. Avocado rolls were probably the biggest disappointment. The nachos were equally lacking. We thought the hamburgers were okay, as were the beer choices. Service was slow, as it seemed not enough wait staff were working,

Really very good- parking was a challenge. Had the snoop dog- a delicious combo of flavors. BBQ sauce was a little over powering for my tastes... but overall- good food- fun atmosphere... highly recommend.
