Went in here for lunch I was craving for a slice of pizza I love coming here for lunch its so close from where I work and as I was ordering 2 slides the guy cut me off an said they weren't taking small orders only big orders and wanted me to buy a big pizza he showed me the big special they have and it was only for lunch. They should put a sign out there that between a certain time only serve slides and from this time to this time they're doing big orders... Disappointing end up going to Subway.
Pizza was ice cold. Was very upset order delivery so I didn’t want to go out in the rain and get wet but I still had to go to upstairs and get wet and get the pizza because my delivery guy didn’t want to get off the car and go bring my pizza to my door. When I did receive it it was cold if I wanna call pizza I would’ve made a microwave pizza or something very disappointed. Pizza was cold and did not taste good when did more than an hour for it. And then I asked him where my garlic sauce was in my ranch that I ordered on the side he said sorry we’re too busy so you’re not getting it ?

The pizza was more than thirsty minutes late and cold, safe to say I’ll never be ordering from this location again. ????????
I bought the meatball calzone last night, and was seriously disappointed. I like Amecis as a company and it was super convenient to have my food delivered. Super disappointing in my order.

This place has really delicious food, and they're always fast and friendly! Definitely check it out of you are looking for a new and delicious pizza joint! There calazones are HUGE, I was able to make 3 meals out of one!
Come here often and always has been good this time decided to order a large Deep dish everything pizza we got home and tried it it was absolutely terrible nothing but bread hardly any topping and absolutely not a drop a sauce on it so very disappointed my wife and I had to go somewhere else to get food dinner $25 went in the trash
Very disappointed in this location, my husband & I had Ameecis in Thousand Oaks & it was amazing all the way down to the salad! This one was poorly put together. My salad had thrown in deli meat in it. Just overall nasty. Never going there again.
Very poor customer service. My mom went in and she only speaks Spanish. An older man was going to “attend” her but walked away saying “I don’t speak Spanish”. He could’ve handled the situation better. Didn’t even bother to try to help her. Get your employees in check and find a way to communicate, being a location where a majority of the population speaks Spanish I’d say it’s not hard to find employees who speak other languages.
