I love the dark matter ice cream flavor here! They have lots of flavors. It’s next to the annex which is located in the collection so you can spend the day there or just have a quick trip for ice cream. The service is pretty fast and they have chairs so you can enjoy your ice cream inside.
So my daughter and I were out tonight at the Collection and she decided she wanted ice-cream. She ordered a milky bun waited and got her order only for there to be a black hair in it her hair is blonde.When she told them of the issue and requested a refund thay refused...offerings to re make it insteaf..Im sorry please explain why would anyone trust you to make them another item when you got hair in the first!!!!Horrible experince!!!???
The cookie monster ice cream - bright blue and so delicious! Truly all are great but once we were brave enough to try the bright blue one, it's the favorite!
Not your average ice cream shop. Unique ice cream experience. Got the Strawberry Cookie Crunch. It was good.Wish we could sample the ice cream before purchase.
The short girl with black straight hair that works here needs to get rid of that ugly attitude she have if she doesn’t wanna serve customers or looked or greet customers the way customers should be welcomed then she should just quit ?✌️ This is how her face look like when I said m there for a pick up?

Surprised that they gave out free samples, a nice surprise. We got the 2 flavor combo - milk & cereal and frozen hot chocolate with marshmallow. The former was pleasant but we couldn't finish the latter because it got overwhelmingly sweet
Interesting flavors and the ability to mix in toppings! Tasty and quick service. It's expensive but the ice cream is very creamy and the staff is polite.
