Ordered chicken wings for pick up,got there took them 20 more minutes to get them cooked,asked several times if they were ready,few minutes they said, asked a last time,they were sitting in the oven 1 order $16.25.8 to 9 people working,3 to 4 of them were having a rolled up dough fight with each other in front of 3-4 customers.This was on a Sunday at 5 pm
Zito's is our go-to place for pizza after having lived here in Orange for 27 years. This time we were there with our Ford Model A car Club. They were doing a thank you dinner for all the volunteers from the recent picnic. As always the pizza here was fantastic, but I do feel their salads are a little basic and they could put more thought into them.
I've been going to this zito's pizza for well over half my life. Growing up this was the spot to hang out. Between the arcade games, great pizza, and beer for my dad at the time, it was a win win in our books. The quality of pizza and salad have never changed which is amazing. However I think the quantity of the salads decreased while the prices have gone up. Kind of disappointing.
Pizza was on point. Beers were ice cold. Unfortunately barstools we’re drenched in beer and the bar top was filthy. But the pizza though. Omg. Classic pepperoni is always the best pizza to judge by. Sadly our garlic knots were forgotten about. Took almost an hour and we were come with our pizza. If they were crack dipped in ranch I would’ve asked for a refund. But these are good even a day of heated up in the micro. Use to come here over 20 years ago. Not much has changed which was refreshing. Just gotta stay organized at the expo line. The kid that brought our pizza could’ve caught it. Luckily this place is worth all of the hassles listed. Try it. :-)

Terrible customer service!! We placed an order for pick up and I went to pick it up, paid for the pizza and waited patiently. 30 mins go by so I ask the guy at the front if he can check on my order and he says he says he will. He goes and asks another guy and he tells him don't worry about checking, That I have to wait. It's not his job to check on my pizza. And then just ignores me while I wait. Finally someone else comes and asks me if I have been help and I ask again for my pizza. When he asks for my pizza, it's been ready and no one let me know . Just terrible service, no help. I can get pizza elsewhere. Thank you for nothing Zito's on Tustin.
One of our favorite pizzas around the OC area, the crust is perfect and the Alfredo pizza tastes incredible!
Honestly pretty frustrated with the customer service I received. Called in an order at 5:35pm, the rude guy who answered took my order and both names to pick it up and when I asked to give credit card number over the phone, he said they do not do that and then he hung up on me. My bf goes to pick up the order, apparently they can’t find it, have no evidence I called and then guess what?! They all of a sudden find my pizza… no sorry, nothing. Not cool, considering I placed the order over an hour ago and have a whole family hungry and waiting for food. C’mon guys! You’re better than that!
Closest you can get to a NY quality pizza in Orange County. Verified by my NY friend who always complains about the food in California.
