We ordered 2 pizzas, salad and beer. It took 55 minutes to get our second pizza - spicy chicken. They said they had to make the chicken because they didn’t prep earlier in the day. We had to ask twice where our second pizza was. The food was great but the service and long wait was very unacceptable. They offered us garlic knots as a consultation prize and we spent over $75 and put money in the games. We may not return.
Don't get me wrong, I love zitos they make some great food, but today I came and it was unbelievable they didn't put any sauce in the Calzone which is essential, but whatever then they give me my chicken tenders all burnt, I return them all nice like, and then they take 30 minutes to bring "new ones back" and its the same ones.... i don't know if its a race discrimination, or why they would treat me an day friends this way... but something needs to be done, we're paying for a service its just professional to do it well.. otherwise what is the point
It was just a great place to have Pizza.
Pizza was smelling so good couldn’t wait to get home to take a bite. Pulled over to take a few slices. Definitely coming back!Friendly staff and was ready within 15mins.
Great. Ordered the small crispy salad and it was packed so full I could hardly eat it all. Delicious. Granddaughter is assistant manager.
Good pizza, my son loves playing the arcade games there. Pizza is medium thickness, I am really into thin crust pizza, but, they only have 1 style. Very good, almost great
I would like to give it 5 stars because the food is great but the young lady answering the phones had really bad customer service I asked you a simple question if they're going to televise the game and she said no they're not I said I had a party at 10 to come in or plus more and she said that they could have put the game on even if we brought those many people in and as soon as I showed up there just to get a pizza because everybody else ended up going somewhere else that girl was really rude and they were watching the game there after all and there arcades they steal your coins so be careful
Place is really chill, came here for the rams game not packed which is a good thing. I would say the only thing they lack would be a bit more selection on dessert.
Had the margherita pizza, it was pretty tasty. Was even better with pepperoni added. Pizzas are unique with a soft, tasty crust. Medium 12" was $19 with tax + extra topping. However – they put these huge clumps of minced garlic all over my pizza. (like equal to cheese) and that was weird, and kinda gross. Also it was the canned garlic and it had that sour, metallic taste. Just take 30 sec and chop fresh garlic.it took awhile to make, like 30 min and the staff was pretty rowdy, we seemed like an inconvenience to their conversation, and it wasn't even close to closing. Overall would maybe consider this place for delivery in the future, but would customize my pizza a lot.
The first time I heard about Zito's was when I was picking up a pizza across the street from Dominos. As I was leaving, I saw the sign. It really caught my eye and thought I would try it out next time. Zito's gives that neighborhood vibe. Its a place your parents have always gone to as well as your neighbors. After the big game its Zito's. A few beers & pizza with your buddies its Zito's. A birthday party at ones home its Zito's.The pizzas are delicious. The standard is a thick pizza but it can be ordered thin. You get a big pie. There are plenty of yummy ingredients. Lately Ive tried meatball & black olives or pepperoni & jalapenos. Of course the garlic knots are so good. Those pepperoni rolls dipped into the marinara sauce is to die for just get two orders if you don't like to share. If you sign up for emails you will get a birthday surprise. Check out the site for coupons. Don't go to Zito's if you only want one slice.
