Corporate Wings... Not Great and Not Bad. Better than Alot locally
I had 300+ delivery from this location because the stay open until 12 am.25 % of the pick up from there They ask me for confirm pick up on my phone . So its depend on the employee mood. (Its my phone ,my application, and its against the agreement with the delivery app )I always tell them that in the time I get back to my car I might reserve another delivery and that delivery could be from there restaurant to . But if I confirm pick up right away. I am not going to receive another delivery. (I am losing money)So i wish the management take last discussion about pick up confirmation .By the way this restaurant is the only restaurant that ask me for confirming pick up.
Was good my wings were done they way I liked them always ask for extra cooked and they always do it and only flats I'm willing to pay extra just because this location always gives me what I pay for
What's the point of ordering in advance if they aren't even ready after the time they are suppose to be picked up I ordered at 3 something for 5 it's after 5 and I'm pretty sure they forgot as it's past 5 and nothing.. absolutely ridiculous always this way when I come
I went to Wingstop last night to pick up dinner. I had been there previously during the pandemic so I thought I knew what the experience would be like.When I stepped into the restaurant, there was a very loud group of customers right inside the door, VERY loud music/TV, and very loud staff yelling "welcome."I hadn't ordered in advance, which was a mistake. Ordering at the counter was difficult because of all the noise. When I was done, I stood by the high table inside to wait. There was no seating inside, which was different from my last visit. After about 5 minutes, one of the staff asked me to wait outside. It had been over 90° that day so I wasn't really interested in waiting outside, but it wasn't really a request.The food was good, and they got my order right. But the experience was not a good one. If you want food from Wingstop, order ahead.
On top of still having chairs and tables hidden away from customers months after California’s indoor dining reopening, we were scolded for waiting inside and ordered to wait outside in the 90° weather for 10 minutes and proceeded to take 20. They did not even give us our drinks to cool us off while we waited, they failed to give us our cups and hesitated to give it to us when we asked for them. The entire front crew lacked direction and humility; the kitchen however shined through and saved the day. Thank you to to kitchen crew for making such delicious wings!
I love this location. Met with few friends today we had corn and hot wings. Place is in nice location. 60 cents boneless wings Mondays and Tuesday’s are invitational . I hope we will able to visit this place over and over in the future. Love the menu. Staff is very professional and friendly.
My favorite Wingstop.I think I've been to well over 20 as I travel throughout California for work. Employees here are extra nice, sharp and understanding. This place definitely makes their wings more efficiently even when busy, which is almost always.There's a reason for that.
Not bad food. Have messed up my order a few times. Chicken a bit overcooked and dry sometimes.
Always so good.
