The doughnut ball's tasted over 1 day old and I arrived for breakfast at approx. 8am,And although when I asked they claimed thay wee freshly baked that morning,My friend that was with me for breakfast as well said his sandwich tasted like rubber difficult to eat/chew and truthfully the coffee was so bad it'd also be a great paint remover or Engine degreaser ?

My coworkers bought donuts from this shop to work on 5/13/22. Until that day, I hadn't ever seen or tasted a blueberry donut with chocolate frosting and coconut shreds on top. That flavor is available here.

This place is no longer a Doughnut shop it has become a torta place and they're running it with one person serving Doughnut making the sandwiches and and coffee and cashing. My hat goes off to that lady that works the late nights at this stablishments cause she is a hard worker an a badasss. The Doughnuts are pretty good nothing crazy but I need to try the sandwiches. I give this stablishments 5 stars cause of that lady that works it, not the owners that are abusing this lady probably for minimum wage. If that lady was not there I give this place a 2 it is dirty runed down and just old needs some serious upgrades Please have a heart get her some help or train that Doughnut person in the back that has that radio blasting with that annoying music come out and help. this time I waited 15 mns for doughts for the hospital night crew I think I am going to start looking somewhere else maybe Dk Doughnuts still open till 10 pm. Stop abusing people and get them some help

Worse service I have ever received. The manager by the name of Nena was very rude and disinterested in that fact that our order was wrong and even had the nerve to say "if you want me to reheat or add what is missing I am going to charge you". When asked for the corporate number, she was so rude and said " Its right there". Keep in mind she was not pointing anywhere. She was not only rude to us but to other customers as well. I honestly don't know how she can be a manager. It's thanksgiving and the least I want to do is spend my time at ER or Urgent because of food I can't eat or has touched my food. This woman needs to take some etiquette classes and step down or find another job which doesn't require customer service.
Who doesn't like coming to Winchell's donut for all the goodies.. I mean you can get donuts I'm way much more!
