i love the sandwiches & salad. Staffs are very accomodating?
Always fast! Food is good. Wish you did touch to pay...I like to pay with my phone because sometimes I forget my wallet. It would make you 4 stars.
I ordered 3 kid frosty and 3 orderes of nuggets. they placed 3 frosty and one order of nugget which I then had them corrected. I drive on the freeway and then see that they only gave me 1 spoon. I have 3 tired kids. 3 frosty 1 spoon. think about this scenario right now. if you're not a parent you might not see how bad the issue is
Price is just a little higher than it should be even though their product is good. The fish sandwich is good, but I think it should still be a little cheaper. Drive thru service was great that day.
Tried their new fries.. actually very good.. a few were not as fresh as the rest.. but no complaints..
My favorite hamburger place. Food was good. Cashiers were very patient and friendly.
There was a hair in my burger I ordered a biggie bag and as I was about to enjoy it feel a hair attached to my burger ?
Quick, convinent fast food. Bonus that the Drive-thru has no height limit for tall vehicles.
Good is always fast. Sometimes to fast. Big bacon cheeseburger cheese was not melted very well. Staff is friendly and quick.
One day, I was in this area of Orange all day, so I ended up eating three meals at this Wendy's location: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The 12 volt socket in my vehicle was broken, therefore I was unable to charge any devices inside my vehicle. That morning while eating in the dining area, I noticed the electric outlets on the wall. I politely asked the manager if I could charge my cell phone. The nice lady politely replied yes, so I went to my vehicle to grab my charger. After eating my food and charging for a while, I left and drove away to continue my day.Later in the day, I was hungry again so I went back to have dinner. After I noticed the second to last customer exiting the dining area, I asked the nearest employee what time they close. He politely replied that the drive through is still open, the dining area is closed, but that I can stay as long as I want because I was already dining inside before they locked the doors. I explained to him that I just wanna stay a bit to charge my phone. He replied no problem.Several minutes later, a different employee approached me and said that they're closed. I politely replied, "I know. He already told me." But he didn't ask me to leave so I thought that the first employee's approval was fine. Several minutes later, the first employee came back and said that they're actually closed, so I told him that I'm just gonna grab another drink refill then take off. While I was getting my refill, a female employee, probably the night manager, went to my table where my belongings and tray were. I think she was talking to the first employee. I returned to my table after grabbing a refill and she RUDELY told me that I have to leave. I explained to her that I was about to leave right after grabbing a drink refill. I don't think she knew that the first employee told me that it was ok for me to stay. She then RUDELY told me that the electric outlet is not for customers. I then had to explain to her that I dined there that morning and I asked permission from the manager to charge my phone. She RUDELY replied, "That was him." I corrected her by telling her that the nice manager that morning was female. I picked up my belongings and drove off.Did she assume that because I was charging my phone inside, that I'm homeless and/or poor or something? If so, does she have something against homeless and/or poor people? Just before I walked out the door, the first employee who told me it was ok to stay QUIETLY said sorry.I ASKED ONE EMPLOYEE WHAT TIME THEIR CLOSING TIME IS. HE SAID IT WAS OK TO STAY. THEN LATER, TWO EMPLOYEES SAID IT WASN'T OK TO STAY. Why different policies from three different employees? They're WORKING THE SAME SHIFT TOGETHER. THEY SHOULD ALL HAVE THE SAME EXACT POLICES.I dined here three times today. As a loyal customer, I don't appreciate being treated LIKE GARBAGE.The night shift needs further training in customer service skills and policies.
