Looking to try new Hawaiian bbq places.Unfortunately this place highly disappointed.Disappointing portions. Disappointing service. $16.45 for bbq beef $12.95 for Katie chicken before tax.Higher priced than Aloha Hawaiian bbq.Definitely won’t be coming here again. This place serves the best Hawaiian food! Their Hawaiian BBQ chicken is extremely tender and juicy. I love their lunch specials as they are affordable and the portion size is large enough to cover lunch with left overs for dinner.The staff is super friendly, personable and prompt. I have been coming here for years and always had a great experience to include when I pre-order party platters for gatherings.I've tried other Hawaiian food spots and this one wins for quality, flavor and customer service hands down!
Dining room is open. Cute decor. Seems clean. Can't go wrong with the chicken katsu lunch special. Only thing is, I wish there was some music in the dining area. Waiting for my to go order, it was a little awkwardly silent...

Man, the front lady I believe her name is Jennifer is absolutely rude with 0 customer skills. No greeting, doesn't respond to your questions, I waited 5 min and she was cleaning her workplace knowing that there is a customer waiting, no smile and looks at you like not welcome there.
Doesn't seem to matter who's at the register they are generally aren't friendly. Food is great & why I keep returning.

Horrible place called while been outside even tho they close at 8 told me they couldn’t take my order lo what I’m sure if we call the better Bureau restaurant if ur open till 8 ur open till 8 n if i want to place food order n I’m outside u should be able too never walked in and after phone experience never will u try n support small business n then u deal with this bs very sad
There's only walk-in no calling ahead the information on maps phone number is wrong. The food is excellent The restrooms are closed and the dining room is closed.
