I placed my ordered and sat down for a while and I started noticing people coming in and out with their orders that they just barely placed 5-10 minutes. I looked over my shoulder and I noticed a bag pushed to the side and after waiting 30 minutes I stood up and that’s when they noticed me and said that my order is ready.They need to get better staff. The 2 girls there didn’t even seem like they care. Next time I’m ordering Flame broiler. Over all bad review!

I wish I had a zero star for this. I ordered a sweet and spicy chicken with rice, the lady at front desk put in a wrong order with teriyaki chicken. I took it back to them, they said it’s my mistake. I know I am someone who hates teriyaki chicken, so I don’t know why I would ask for it.They wouldn’t replace my food, but sold it to someone else right in front of me. I was waiting there to order for food again, they took their happy time to take my order and made me pay again. So I get one bowl at the price of 2.
Small rice bowl is priced right and while not huge is filling (just right amount). Rice is done very well and chicken is tender/moist (also note tofu option).
They will short change you on the meat at this location every time. Facilities are poorly managed. Does not live up to the franchise name. Very disappointed with the location.

Its cool, the staff is awesome.***Just watch out for all the police, they set up speed traps there for PEOPLE DOING THE SPEED LIMIT!! I personally watched two different cops pull people over for ZERO REASON and harass them. NO I'm not anti cop. JUST BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL IF YOU SEE THEM IN AREA***
I like the vegan bowl, I think the staff could be more kind
This is a sad day for beef everywhere. At least they didn't include the utensils I ordered with it and one of my waters were half drank.
Food was so bad I had to go puke in the bushes out side!
