Good cheap teryaki, very popular with high school kids that come in from two different schools arkubd the corner. Busy, parking is not great but it makes for a nice quick lunch.

Good food at an incredible value takes time. But it's totally worth the wait. We flew in from out of town for Disneyland and was recommended to this place from a local and it is such an amazing value. I got the chicken teriyaki plate which could have easily fed 3 people for a great price. Comes with an eggroll, a side of slaw (with asian dressing), and LOTS of chicken grilled to perfection. The box was heavy! Will definitely be going back the next time we're in town.
Tiki Yaki is a favorite at work. Their orange chicken is better than Panda across the street! Love ordering ahead and having it ready for pickup when I arrive.
Great place, I've always passed by it until I tried it one day. Great portions and great price but please do call ahead of time or be prepared to wait
