Rachel and Elise were delightful hostesses. Beers were cold and frequent. Couldn't be better.
Don't make it often enough, however, the Pump Room never fails. Clean establishment, nice vibe!
On Saturday March 19th , 2021 around 10pm , I was rudely asked to leave by a heavy set male bartender because I was playing african american music through the juice box. I believe this was a case of discrimination. I plan to contact local government administrations including Orange County City Attorney Gary A. Shealtz & Orange City Manager Rob Huston. I’m not sure if the actions expressed on March 19th was racial motivated, but I will not retreat to this situation is thoroughly investigated.

Bad service the blonde bartender told my table we needed to keep it down and to stop playing our own music in the bar! & by own music I mean on the jukebox! Who tells somebody to be quiet in a bar?! Everytime she came to the table to take any more orders she would roll her eyes and come back with our drinks and slam them on the table! Horrible customer service! If I could rate a 0 I would! Don't come here unless you want to be told to be quiet and feel uncomfortable playing your own music on the jukebox! ??? Second base across the street is way better, we only had gone there that night because second base was closed. But NEVER AGAIN! ??
