We came tonight to get a drink and this cashier was so unfriendly and rude , terrible service from her !!! 100 time I prefer the girl who works around 3 pm she she’s always smiling and friendly:) definitely not coming back at night time when this girl named NGAN is at the front counter!

This place opens at 11 am but they never have the Boba ready. You would think that they would come in a little early so they would have the Boba ready for when they open. I would have gave it a zero rating but you have to give them 1 star.
Decent drinks and they made it pretty quickly so that was nice. My drink wasn't sealed correctly so my cup was all wet and sticky and it was spilling everywhere as I drank it.... Also it like 2/3 filled with ice so make sure to ask for less if you come here.

Honestly have been kinda disappointed with every drink I’ve gotten here the past 3-5 times I’ve visited. Probably will find a new place to go to.
Tasty place - it's close to home so I come here often unfortunately not since the COVID situation but before we would come once a month - it's hard to find bad Thai in Hollywood there are more good places than bad and this is one of the good ones - try the duck soup it's my favorite at this location.
New management is just bad ! New workers seem to not know what they are doing ! Some staff is friendly while others are not ! Prices went up ! Ised to love this place now not coming as often !
