Great place to enjoy a quality meal with friends. Tacos and breakfast is delicious and you know it's a good place when rice is made well.Went here during lunch Saturday for tacos and beer in busy shopping center and had their al pastor and asada tacos with rice and beans. Had a beer and chips as well as horchata. It was a great meal we came back the next day after a hike for breakfast and it didn't disappoint. For breakfast had their chilaquiles with eggs only, rice and beans and watermelon agua Fresca. I'm glad this place is close to home so we will frequen often.

I was Shamed, humiliated and embarrassed in front of many customers in a very busy restaurant, Taco Tuesday. Attached is a photo of the exact amounts of condiments I packed at the self serve salsa bar (free or included). I ordered 22 tacos, a bag of bacon chips and 3 desserts. I left a 10% gratuity for a pick up order. $80.30 total. As I was leaving, an older gentleman at the counter, yelled out loud to me: “Hey Senorita, you need to pay for those condiments”. I replied to him: “I have chips and 22 tacos!” Everyone in line stared at me. This was horrible!!!! I packed 1 container of each salsa to try. I don’t care if you charge $5 for the condiments bar. But please do not shame customers in public like that! That was absolutely humiliating.

My food was not hot, but quality was on point. When i reheated next day leftovers were delicious. Remodel is gorgeous. Prices average

Easily the best deal for Taco Tuesday (or any day of the week as all of their menu items are exceptional) of all of the Mexican places in Orange county! :-) can never decide between al pastor, carnitas or chile verde. :-) love this location in Orange as well as the location in Costa Mesa. Be sure to try the specialty drinks as well, the sangria and margaritas are fantastic and the horchatas as well. And the Jamaica!

The food is always fresh and delicious; more authentic and healthful than the usual SoCal Mexican fare. Way too good to be called fast food. They always have vegetarian options, as well.

Yeah, I hate Mexican food. Nothing about it appeals to me. BUT THIS PLACE... I will eat it, and I do. And now I know a clean, organic and lard-free establishment that is affordable and actually tasty. Will hopefully be coming here a fair bit more. Friendly staff, too, so that's a plus.

I have been going to Taco Mesa for over 15 years. It's my favorite local Mexican food restaurant. Everything is fresh, well prepared, and tasty. I haven't found a dish I haven't liked. My favorite is the Carne asada burrito with Agua Fresca. I love their salsa bar! Highly recommended!

Ordered a carne asada burrito from here and i liked it. You can taste the fresh Ingredients abd the meat is chopped up just perfect. The place is clean and inviting. I like the menu options and the salsa cart. I will come back to try their horchata. :)

BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER SALAD HERE! My child and I got really sick from ordering the Kind tostada salad. I really believe there is something wrong with their lettuce. Got very sick for 2 days...will never go back there again!

This place has been amazing for decades! Their fresh juices are my favorite!
