best and quick customer service
I want to love subway, but there were two different tasting meatballs in my meal and I just feel weird about it. Still looking for a good subway, but haven't found one yet.
To me this is so disgusting. Coupons made on the back of the cleaning check list. Why would this be done seriously.
Been going here for months and had only minimal issues. Until one unfortunate day a worker (presumably the manager) made a sandwich without a hairnet or any sort of hair covering. When he did, he left behind a hair in it. other employees at the time were wearing hats (not hairnets but still something) while wasn't. On top of the fact that you are legally required to wear a hairnet in California he was also balding. Meaning if anyone should be wearing a hairnet it should be him.
Tried a wrap this time & really liked it! Was huge!

Food fine, but at this location the manager stepped in towards the end of our order, asked for our coupon ahead of time, the worker thought mine was done and wrapped it up. So she had to reopen to finish and in talking to the manager I couldn't understand much of what he was saying, thick accent. Frustrating experience, won't go there again.
Destroyed my order. Idk if the people who work there arent trained or just dont care but its sad when someone can fix a simple untoasted sandwich.
I love subway salads and footlong sandwiches with lay's original or bbq chips or Ruffles cheddar cheese or queso chips and let's not forget them yummy chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal cookies.
In spite of ordering online and getting an expected time ready, my order wasn't even started when I arrived 10 minutes after the time website said it was ready
