Everytime I try and give thsi starbucks a chance, it dissappints again. The drinks never taste good and the wait time is so so long, i had a caramel frappacinu last time and it literally had no taste at all. Only flavor was the whipped cream?Sorry for this review.
Today when I was placing my order for two drinks. I also was purchasing a travel mug. For $25.00. The cashier told me I had to due separate orders cause the cost was too high of the mug and cashier couldn’t add the drinks to That transaction. The Drinks were good.
The barista named Dallas (that is the name Nassar told me) made several mistakes.1-put the coffee ordered in a container, when he was told about his mistake, he just poured the coffee in a cup (which is stupid, he needs to make a new one in the correct cup).2-he did not put Splenda as requested. 3-when he was told about the Splenda he lied and said he does not have any, I explained to him that the Splenda was requested when the order was placed, somehow he was able to get Splenda now. Horrible customer service

Need to keep the place more clean, I saw a Cockroach On the Counter. See for your self.
It's at the block so it's always a long line but it's pretty fast ordering and getting drink
