This location had friendly-ish staff when I went -- kind of felt like I was bothering them by ordering something, which was strange considering I was 1 out of 3 people in the entire place, the other 2 of which were already sitting and doing their own thing.The seating area is huge and makes up the majority of the interior, and has outlets at every location. Everything seemed decently maintained and clean, besides the bathrooms which weren't the best.
I am huge on coffee and usually do not go to starbucks for any of my drinks, but lately due to work and my commute this location is so convenient for me. With that said, I come here maybe once or twice a month, and have had a great experience each time. Tuesday 04/26/22 around 1pm I went through drive through to order myself and a co workers drinksThe girl at the drive through register had AAAAAMAZING customer service!Unfortunately, my drink was not done to my liking, it had triple mocha instead of espresso, and was too sweet! I went back to have it fixed and Aallen was also great help! He went out of his way to make sure he gave great customer service and got my drink done tge way I enjoyed it.Very pleased with this location and their employees!
Good clean location although parking could be a challenge during busy hours. Inside is well-lit and spacious.
My favorite Starbucks so far. Though no outside seating, the high-ceiling building looks like a converted restaurant than a standard mod. Very cozy and comfortable feeling inside.
It's just outside the amusement park entrance, so always busy. No app payments n app specials accepted here.
Great Starbucks with lots of seating space inside unlike most new places with very little seating. I prefer this type of place sometimes so it's nice to know about. Friendly staff and quick service even when busy. The seating area could stand for a little more attention. I was there for 90 minutes and did not observe tables wiped or full trash removed but it could be due to a lot of orders. I recommend this store for quality product and service
The drive through is excessively slow, I sat there for an actual 30 minutes just trying to order and get my drink. You're better off copying the recipe at home.
All these employees and the manager need retraining in Seattle where drive thru lines are never more than 7 minutes. Starbucks in CA have the longest wait times its honestly ridiculous.
Nhi was so nice to us taking our order. She was counting back change and asked for help. Her shift leader or manager Rachel comes over and snatches the money from her hand. She proceeds to be rude to us and to her associate. This lady had such a bad attitude I don’t understand why she’s the one in charge. Nhi and the other associates were doing their job Rachel had no reason to be so aggressive and rude.
I got 2 of the same drinks and they took 30 minutes apart witch made me late. I should not have to wait 40 minutes for the same drink. Not to mention the lady that helped me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She told me that her system messed up and that’s the reason my drink was taking so long. So I had to leave without my drink paying for it and was late. AND IT WAS JUST A WHITE HOT CHOCOLATE. This location has let me down countless times and I will not be coming back.
