They used to be my go to location for coffee, but they hardly get order right. I'm tired of calling to get. Refund on shots they don't put in, I just want to get what I pay for and have it be consistent. Customer service in this location is equally poor.
My daughter took me to Starbucks for my birthday. We did both ordered the strawberry acai refresher when the drink was ready it was sitting on the counter and we finally got our order and ended up with a watery drink . Got another one that was also just as waterery as the first one. Seems like starbucks drinks have lost a lot of flavor in all there drinks think there cutting corners. And there drinks lack the flavor because there carmal and cookie n cream Frappuccino have not been good either same as the acai just lack of flavor.

Mostly good customer service. Indoors and outdoor seating available! Clean inside nice look has a drive thru.
Rude baristas that don’t have at time even for menial customer service
store hours listed online on THREE reputable websites (including their own) all state they open at 4:30am; it’s 5:08am and was told by a snotty worker the second I drove up to the ordering screen “WE’RE CLOSED AND NOT MAKING ANYTHING!” excuse me for thinking the hours listed on YOUR website were accurate. perch and rotate missy.

This coffee shop serves the best chocolate, coffee, espresso, and raspberry concoctions that you will ever indulge in. The atmosphere is pleasant and sprightly. This coffee shop never fails to satisfy and amaze me. After a long day of sightseeing, this is the best place to kick back and talk about your day. We love their coffee so much!
