Very disappointed with service. An older white lady help us. Very rude , did not even look at us , & it seem like she did not want.to help us. When we where on line she did not even acknowledge us. She just kept on talking to a man that was standing there. She even got my order wrong!!! ??All starbucks I have gone to the service is excellent!! Very friendly staff.Except this one! 3/26/22 between 2 & 3pm
The guy that’s working today (1-2-2021) there is so sweet! So interactive & cheerful. I can tell he is a fantastic employee as he would interact with other customers with so much joy. I’ve never seen that before, I just had to write review! He’s the best & I hope that he does not go unnoticed. :’) Have a blessed day!
Great service with the new Starbucks manager
Service was fine. They got the order right. It was very busy and it took a long time to get our order.
This morning I was less than pleased with the large girl making my coffee. She was very distracted with her own personal things and didn’t make my coffee the way I asked in a timely manner

if I ordered first I expect my order to come out first. Not for the third guy down who ordered 6 drinks get his first just because he knows the employee and they are friends. Complete bs . Ridiculous to wait 16 minutes for a peppermint mocha honestly absurd...
This is the best Starbucks store. The drinks are always right and flavorful (other stores drinks taste water down). I drive extra 15 minutes but it's totally worth it
