I normally come to this location, but ylwont be returning here. Matt the barista was rude, I simply asked a question to which he replied very rudely, he even stated I order a latte next time since I ordered my iced caramel upside down. He didnt do it upside down, when I asked if if he could mix it, he just said at that point is just a latte and next time order that, then he snapped the lid on the coffee making it splatter and was a mess...

I'd prefer to purchase additional espresso from this shop on the grounds that the espresso is delicious and the climate is great. They've collected a crew that is empowering, polite, and obliging.
Such a wonderful experience. The team at this location is great. I stopped at this location as I was driving through to Simi Valley and was happy I did. The staff had a small section of sticky notes that customers throughout the month wrote for what they wished in the new year and it was very touching, not to mention the coffee was so great!
