Decent service. As a fellow student, my biggest gripe is the hours of operation should be extended since this Starbucks is on a college campus, catering to a collegiate community that is busy through late hours.
Someone made me the best cappuccino I’ve ever had (at any Starbucks location) today!! Thank you!!
So convenient and barista is a student from the community so they know people by name. Makes for a warm atmosphere
I have gone a couple times and I ask for NO STRAW! I ask for the NITRO LID. Everytime the barista puts a straw!! It is so annoying!! There is clearly a note on the cup for a NITRO LID! It is so frustrating that she does not pay attention and gives me a straw!!!

Ordered a Misto, the employee helping me didn't know what a Misto was and simply assumed it was just hot brew. He didn't even bother to ask for help from someone with more experience before I had to step in and correct him. I was then charged incorrectly at the counter. As a past barista myself, I can safely say this was horrible customer service.
