Coffee is great here, and so is service, but please, please, please, reopen your second bathroom for customers. It was tagged "closed" a few weeks ago, actually open to staff. Since then, there is a line of customers for the only one now available to them. This is real pain, so I hope you will reconsider and reopen the "staff only" one for everyone. Thank you.

It's Starbucks, so you already know what you're getting. The employees here have been consistently pleasant for years and years though. They're always helpful, and if they're not too busy they'll pretty much always take extra steps to give good service.It's a little sad that they don't have their own outdoor seating (it's all taken up by the nearby Cuban restaurant) because the seats other than those at the big table are usually taken. That's fine for me though because walking around the plaza with your fresh drink is often better than sitting anyways.
GREAT ! great staff ..great coffee All welcome .. college,(Chapman University and CSUF being closet as well as JCs) /townee( locals long time orange residents) vibe.along..well to do or urban camper who are slept on the street are here. ...the usual or standard Starbucks philosophies are in place and there seems to be no noticable issues, 2 bathrooms ..clean.Good mix of eclectic music for atmosphere ( it was feb..which is black history month ..lots of great black musicians featured ( I heard a similar mix at a nearby Sants Ana on Tustin Ave location.....mostly soul funk and r&b At times there can be a wait for a bathroom but that's to be expected. Perhaps some regular open mic or coffee house entertainment in the evenings would
Very low energy staff.I’ve tried to used my precious stars as a loyal customer and I get a mad curly hair lady. Very disappointed, today you’ve lost a customer Starbucks at this location.You need a manager here like the one next to Best Buy in orange or the Euclid and Katella, which by the way are the best!Weak weak weak staff at the orange circle.
Starbucks is always good but this location is the best to meet and work with others on projects

Honestly the place is small but very warm, only problem is sometimes is hard to find a near place to park.
