One of our favorites... They have good healthy food and tasty salads. This isn't quite the place for a fancy meal, but healthier tasty meals. Their selection is quite varied, and I have tried several items through the years, but often go back to choosing our favorite salad. My kids like their food here too. When we are super hungry we start off by sharing the nachos on the patio for a great outside dining experience.They make some fantastic cookies and an incredible cheesecake. Their cheesecake is so good, I ordered a whole pan for my wife's birthday one year. They have a flavored iced tea i really enjoy as well, great with or without sweetner.Their specials like the various dips are great, and very affordable to start out a meal.Took my Mom here once for her birthday because it is a lot healthier than most other restaurants, yet still tasty. The inside dining was perfect for Mom since it felt comfortable to enjoy time with family.Very homey and relaxing place to get a good meal.
I wasn't expecting to be a fan. I had only known it for being vegan and vegetarian, but it turns out their options can include meat if desired! The ingredients are extremely high quality and the Garlic Chicken Salad I chose, along with some scrumptiously moist carrot cake, was beyond my expectations.I suggest to anyone looking for a delicious, homey, and attentive restaurant to give them a try. Don't think you'll be disappointed.
Wonderful service. Interesting decor.However, the loaner Ukulele has loose string tightenersI had a Margarita, a half Screaming goat sandwich, and a bowl of Cocky Leake soup. Great lunch. Bernie
Huge portions! There salsa feed at least two… everything on the menu they do really well.Better for smaller groups but I did see a picnic table in the back that could accommodate a larger party.
Really nice setting in a converted house just a stone’s throw from Chapman University. The Chicken Twocos were great. Just basic but very fresh ingredients. The house coffee was a little thin.
Ruda's is the perfect place, food, atmosphere & the friendliest staff. Just like going home to Grandma's for lunch or dinner! Fresh made, home cooking & best healthy ingredients make for wonderfully tasty meals all around! Always a pleasure to dine with them & feels just like home or a dear loved one's after a long trip!! Best homemade breads, desserts, Pies, cakes & cookies too!! We have some & take some more home!! Will be back again soon!! Always a delightful experience & meal when dining at Ruda's!! Love this place. Go to lunch at least twice a month. Sitting outside is so peaceful and beautiful. The food is so good. The menu has variety. I got the baby cobb for the second time in a row.
Rutabegorz continues to be an all time favorite lunch or casual dinner spot! Their Garlic Chicken Salad is my go to. We always try, and are never disappointed with the month special dip. I highly recommend Rutas!
Always a phenomenal experience! Great atmosphere and service every time! The food is out of this world! If you can't decide where to eat with your group, this place has something for everyone! Dietary restrictions? No problem! Can't recommend it enough!
