Nice little themed restaurant. Feels like something at Disneyland. Food and service were good. Menu much smaller than other Ruby’s I’ve been too especially with shakes.
We stopped in for breakfast midweek.I had one of the light menu items, which I always enjoy.Coffee was good.Our server was pleasant and very attentive.I enjoy this Ruby's location because it is located in the Orange train station.
Came in an hour before closing and they sat us next to loud music when we asked nicely to move the girl in the front said no because she would prefer to “start closing it already” this was an entire hour before closing. The music was to loud and there was no option to sit away from it. It was nice music just too loud to even hear the person sitting next to me in the booth. Waiter was great but the girl in the front needs a different position
I ordered Asian/Chinese salad. It was not the same flavor or taste as what I normally get when I order this from costamesa or whittier or irvine branch. Not sure what's missing. It wasy first time on this branch and I will never come back on this branch. The vibe of this Ruby's is not the same as the other branches. I also noticed, they don't have the same white uniforms that other branches have. I wonder why... maybe it's a fake or wanna be Ruby's dinner?
Had a great experience today. We ordered a hamburger with fries, a strawberry shake, and a hot chocolate. The hamburger was big, juicy, and very tasty. The fries are a thicker cut and my husband raved about the strawberry shake. My hot chocolate warmed me right up. Everyone was so happy and friendly, from the hostess, the waitress, the male server and a gentleman that we assumed was the manager. He asked how we liked the new menu and informed us that the burgers were now all Angus beef. We could definitely tell the difference. The portions were huge and perfectly cooked. It sure makes a difference to go to a place where everyone is happy. We refuse to go to the other OC locations because they act like they are just there to put in their time. Good Job Ruby's of Orange. We look forward to coming back.
Service not great. Main seating section was closed. Hostess put my party in the bar which was unexceptable due to having children in the party. A waiter gave us a quieter table. Food was ok.
Good food and great service. Love this place!
We usually really like this Ruby's in Orange, but the other day it was horrible. The burger bun was stale , meat was off tasting. The Cole slaw was old and we couldn't even eat it. Not sure if we will try again.
Celebrated 2 birthdays with family. Love the atmosphere and decor and The Food!! Friendly and helpful staff. Love this Ruby’s!
