Maybe they were having a bad night. The fish tacos were served with cold tortillas. The fish was cooked and warm, but the tortillas were chilled as if they were just pulled out of the refrigerator.
The employees are great they work very hard especially with the busy schedual. I hope the manager takes it easy on them

Aside from. Forgetting to. Pack up half of my order. And sending me home with. Only dinner for two instead of the. Three. That I ordered . (Missing 1 for the mother inlaw) geee thanks ! You can imagine. What I had to deal with ! But What I did get was great. 2 out of 3

Something must have happened recently because they’ve been severely understaffed leading to wait times of up to 45 minutes for food to be ready. I’ve seen customers waiting to order just leave because no one would come to the front register area for at least 5 minutes. Hope they get it sorted soon .
Alway quality repeatable fish taco
This rubios used to be my favorite but lately they’ve had the worst customer service. Went in to place an order to go for 4 items and it took 20 minutes for them to give me my food. Everything was cold especially the tacos. The workers were just gossiping about school. The cook seems like he’s a teenager very unprofessional. Food was disgusting, poorly wrapped and messy looking. Will not be coming to this Rubios again. Too bad because I live down the street.
Rubios is the place to eat , if you want to eat healthy and with flavor , love the mango salad with salmon , and a la Carte shrimp tacos and the chipotle salsa are the best plates .
