So glad I found this place! Been looking for a great place to buy Carne Asada and Pollo Asado in the neighborhood since I moved into the area a few months back. Hands down the best meat in town!! The service is outstanding! I've had the pleasure of being helped by the owner and his son, who both believe in their product and they treat every customer very well. Highly recommend this place!!
Not the best meat why would u guys say it's the best meat in California lol I been to 47 states in the us and are at some good spots and Ben to meat markets all over us and Cali and this is not even close to being the best meat in California let alone orange county .most of u guys saying this place it's amazing never ate goo food to guy are use to eating basic food .If your gonna give a review on food make sure u are a person who likes good quality in food not just taste give this place a 5 because the people who work there are awesome but the meat asada I give it a 7.5

All started with a act of kindness. Today I had a loin that I was looking to get cut . Called up the family establishment and was greeted politely by the son and welcomed immensely by the owner. He told me he would take care of it no problem ! Upon reading previous reviews I noticed alot of people love the carne asada and so I got two pounds of it . Threw it in the smoker and just had it tonight. Great quality meat ! Amazing flavor . Definitely my new go to location . I simply googled best carne asada and this was at the top of the list. This is definitely the best. I will never go anywhere else for carne asada and today I will be trying the beef ribs because the owner just recommended them. Thank you sir.
My first time there, was a great experience. The butcher that helped me, knew exactly how much Carne Asada I would need for the occasion. The gentleman that wrang me up was very courteous, and recognized it was my first time, which leads me to believe they know their regular customers well.
