Ordered a pizza at 10:30 pm using the app. Pizza was supposed to be delivered at 10:50. It’s almost midnight and no pizza. Tried calling at 11:00 because I thought they might be lost. No answer.
I was trying to get a free pizza that I received in my email with the purchase of other items but could not deliver to my household. So they said my order had to be canceled. And I no longer have the offer because it shows as already used.
Pizza was excellent. Staff very helpful.
Breadsticks were over done and request for extra sauce on the pizza was not apparent.
Staff needs to stop being so rude to customers using ebt, am constantly being told from this location when I tell them I am paying with ebt,"oh let me see if it works because the machine wasn't working earlier today" it's become so expected for me to hear this at this location I even called ahead of time one day n asked if there ebt machine was working lady told me yes it is I arrived an hour later and when I got there of course when it came time to pay I heard "I don't think our ebt is working let me check so quickly I let them know I had called earlier to verify because I didn't want to have this problem staff had nothing to say and quickly charged me also asked for Hut favorite crust did Not get it unfortunately
the workers were very nice and professional.
I pre-ordered several pizzas and wings for a delivery at 11am. My order was correct, on time and delicious. If someone asked me for a suggestion I would recommend you.
They got my order wrong. Gave me boneless wings when i ordered traditional wings.
I would like for you to respond to my customer satisfaction survey. Sending me a survey and not acknowledging the adjustments required, is all in vain.
